We continue introducing our team with Gemma, Sales Manager in our Dumbarton office. Gemma’s job is to make sure your home sale runs smoothly from marketing and advertising the property to handing over the key to the new owner. Here is what Gemma said about herself:

A.: I have celebrated 9 years of working for Caledonia just this month!

A.: The best thing is, there is no regular day at work really. No two days are ever the same and my tasks can vary accordingly.  My daily challenge it to work on behalf of our clients and sell their property in the best possible conditions – the feeling that you have made your client happy makes my job so rewarding.

A.: I recently had a property going to closing date where we received 13 offers in total and agreed a sale substantially higher than the home report valuation! Of course, our client was delighted and that makes my job so rewarding.

We deliver a fantastic service – we are all local and know the Dumbarton area and beyond like the back of our hands. Also, we only earn our fees upon the successful sale of clients’ home, which makes us that much more motivated to work hard and deliver results.
