Spotlight On Ainslie Henderson, Sales Manager, Paisley

Ainslie Henderson is the Sales Manager at Caledonia Property in Paisley. Find out why she chose to work for Caledonia Property, and what she thinks makes a successful Estate Agent!

What sets Caledonia Property apart from other Estate Agents?

At Caledonia Property we have been living and breathing estate agency and letting for the last 30 years, and while we are now fully embracing the opportunities modern technology offers, we still truly offer a full traditional estate agency service.

We are determined to respond to the need from the market for simple, transparent property selling and have made our packages incredibly simple and affordable.

Everyone here strives to make the process of buying or selling property as easy and as stress free as possible. So whether our client is a first time buyer, moving up the property ladder, downsizing or looking for a property to let, we will assist and guide them every step of the way.

Why did you choose to work for Caledonia Property?

I wanted to work for a forward-thinking Estate Agent, one that provides fresh-thinking, highly creative property ads to ensure that our clients’ properties stand out in a competitive market. I believe that Caledonia Property offers some of the most forward thinking marketing packages for sellers, including HD property videos and bespoke social media campaigns. We present property in the best possible light and take great pride in the quality and production of our marketing materials from photography to carefully drawn floor plans and HD video tours.

What’s your role at Caledonia Property?

As Sales Manager, it’s my job to promote and sell your home to a timescale that suits you, and of course for the best possible price!

And what does that involve on a day-to-day basis?

It’s a really varied and interesting job, as selling a property has so many different elements. We not only carry out valuations and offer information and advice on local house prices and the state of the market at the time of selling, we make sure that we market our client’s property in the best possible way to ensure it gets in front of the right people.

What happens when you have an interested buyer?

Once we have identified the interested parties, I will then liaise with everyone involved. This includes the solicitors for both sides, the mortgage broker or lender to ensure that the buyer is in a position to proceed, and of course the seller to ensure they are informed of what’s happening every step of the way.

Finally, Ainslie, what drives you?

There’s one key thing that drives me on a daily basis; that building relationships based on honesty and trust with each and every one of my clients is the one essential ingredient to successful property sales.

It sounds cliché, but it really is a highlight of my career to be part of Caledonia Property’s team, and contribute to the company’s recent growth and success in both sales and letting. With our years of experience and growing reputation, our team is best placed to assist anyone looking to sell their property.

As one of the West of Scotland’s longest-standing estate agents, we have had lots of experience managing the ups and downs of the housing market in recent times, so you can be confident you’ll be in safe hands when working with us. With an expert team by your side and a variety of properties on offer, including both property to let and homes for sale, Caledonia Bureau are confident that we can match you with the right home. Give our friendly team a call today, choosing from our offices in Clydebank, Helensburgh, Dumbarton and Paisley.
